NOTICE of system suspension due to Human Genome Center periodical inspection and network maintenance

Thank you for continuously using the services of this center. The supercomputing services will be stopped for periodical inspection. Please note that login to the computer system and job execution cannot be performed while the service is stopped. During this time, you can not access to supercomputers from the Internet. Your session from the Internet might be disconnected. We will delete the UGE (Univa Grid Engine) job when the periodical inspection commences; therefore, please input the job again after the inspection is terminated.

  • System shutdown: Feb 18 (Mon) 13:00 to Feb 21 (Thu) 12:00
  • FTP service offline: Feb 18 (Mon) 13:00 to Feb 21 (Thu) 12:00
  • Mail service offline: Feb 19 (Tue) 10:00 to Feb 19 (Tue) 13:00
  • Network maintenance: Feb 19 (Tue) 10:00 to Feb 19 (Tue) 11:00
    • The network outage may occur intermittently until Feb 19 (Tue) 17:00
  • Operation of Web services (Type-A) via backup data: Feb 18 (Mon) 13:00 to Feb 21 (Thu) 12:00
  • Web service (Type-A) offline: Feb 19 (Tue) 10:00 to Feb 19 (Tue) 11:00
  • Web service (Type-B) offline: Feb 19 (Tue) 10:00 to Feb 19 (Tue) 14:00
