NOTICE of system suspension due to SHIROKANE February periodical inspection at HGC

Human Genome Center

Thank you for continuously using the services of HGC.
The supercomputing services will be stopped for periodical inspection.

System shutdown: Feb 15 (Thu) 9:00 AM to Feb 19 (Mon) 18:00 PM

Please note that...

login to the computer system and job execution cannot be performed

We will delete the UGE (Univa Grid Engine) job when the periodical inspection commences

Web services, FTP service and etc. also stop

We may finish the inspection ahead of schedule

Please see the supercomputer Wiki for the work to be carried out at the periodic inspection.
Since there are many change points, please be sure to see.
