SAND
SAND is a sequence assembler and editor for the nested
deletion sequencing method by Akira Suyama
with supervision of the Genome Database Working Groups
of the Genome Informatics Research Project,
under support of the Human Genome Center, Tokyo, Japan.
SAND is being made available at no fee if you agree with
the license agreement.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Although there is no fee,
SAND is NOT in the public domain.
You are authorized to obtain and use it only after sending
a license agreement .
Before you ftp SAND files you MUST
fill out and send the license agreement .
Otherwise, you are not permitted to make copies of SAND .
