NOTICE of system suspension due to Shirokane3 March periodical inspection at HGC

Periodical inspection work has been completed at 19:30 on March 18.

Thank you for continuously using the services of HGC. HGC supercomputer system Shirokane3 will be stopped for the periodic inspection.

System shutdown : Mar 16 (Thu) 9:00 AM to 19 (Sun) 18:00 PM

Please note that...

login to the computer system and job execution cannot be performed

We will delete the UGE (Univa Grid Engine) job when the periodical inspection commences; therefore, please submit the job again after the inspection

Web services, FTP service and etc. also stop

We may finish the inspection ahead of schedule

The following work with change of usage interval will be carried out in the periodic inspection.

Change default compiler from Intel compiler to GNU compiler

Change the path of the RAM disk

Change version of lstat command
